Coming from an eating disorder where I starved myself to lose weight to an actual coach telling me it didn’t work that way was a tad confusing. I was having trouble sleeping, always tired and had bad headaches. Cassidy took her time explaining to me that starving myself wasn’t going to help not even a bit except make symptoms worse. She helped me by setting protein goals and tracking my food. Now I go to any restaurant with a whole different mindset knowing I have goals. Through her I have learned how to eat cleaner, healthier and smarter. When I first started my journey I was at my heaviest I’ve ever been, 203lbs. I am now down to 176lbs. I feel amazing, beautiful and as if I have finally started loving my body the healthy way.
